How to get a refund
A refund should be agreed upon between the buyer and the seller.
1. Sellers determine their own refund policy and are not required to offer a refund. Therefore, before making a purchase, please check carefully for the seller's policy
2. In case you wish to ask for a refund, please contact the seller and explain the situation and the reason for asking for a refund
3. in case you agreed with the seller on a return, make sure you ship your item using only a tracked, signed for method
4. If the item has arrived and it's not as described you can open a dispute with PayPal (buyer protection is only applicable for purchases made inside the Mamish app using the BUY button)
